Family
A week ago we met my brother Matthew in Topeka. It's always so good to see him. He got back from Afghanistan in December, but this was the first time he was able to visit, and rumor has it he will be deploying again soon. He also came up to visit us this last week and spent the night. We had a blast and stayed up waay too late. Here are some pictures of our time together. Of course my other brothers Christian and Aaron are included in the pictures.
Can't wait to see everyone again soon, and hopefully it isn't so long before seeing Matthew again.

Fail
We were planning on doing pictures for Cambri's birthday invitations today. The invitation was inspired by this...
We got her all dressed up, Johnny built a walker, and then we spent the next 15 or so minutes trying to get her to pose. This was an impossible task. At first she wanted nothing to do with the walker, and once she decided she did, she took off running. Literally.
It looks as though we will have to do the traditional, store bought invitations, but we got one cute video in the process of trying to make our own.

Project Dog Kennel
For those who don't already know, I got offered to do my job from home. This requires me to still take calls but in the luxury of my own home, without having to get dressed up, and without a 30 minute drive to the office. I decided to accept the position from home because it will equal out to about a 3 dollar an hour raise with all the money I will save, and who can't use an extra 3 dollars an hour? With working from home you can't have barking dogs in the house, and well, I have three dogs. They rarely bark, but I didn't want to risk it, so Johnny built then an indoor outdoor dog area. They can have the whole back yard, or come inside out of the whether to the garage, and them when my shift ends, they can come inside.
This is the inside.
This is the outside.
So far they love it!
