I meant to do this blog a couple weeks ago when we found out, but I forgot. I guess we can blame it on baby brain.
Anyways, at my 32 week doctor appointment I saw a different doctor than normal. He said he wanted to guess the sex of the baby, and we told him he could. If I had known he would also be scheduling a sonogram, I might have said no, but I didn't know, and was curious what someone with years of expierence thought. He guessed boy.
Our curiousity got the best of us then, and we decided when we got our sonogram we would find out the babies sex. The doctor was right! We are having a boy!
Having a boy is so different and exciting. From picking out clothes, to names, to saying the kids instead of the girls, I still feel like its not entirely real. I think a part of me just assumed we would be having a third girl.
But we are definitely having a boy, who appears to look just like his Dad according to the 3D scan. In 5 weeks or less, Reece Michael Lane will be gracing us his presence, and I must say, I can't wait to meet him!
